木博館於2015年3月28日開館，博物館以實踐在現地生活脈絡裡展演大溪，建立大溪學的知識系統為目標，透過和居民一起做、一起共學行動的過程，挖掘地方知識記憶及再生產。

木博館群至2021年有11座主要館舍，包含壹號館、武德殿、大溪歷史館、藝師館、李騰芳古宅、木家具館、木生活館、六廿四故事館、工藝交流館、工藝基地、鳳飛飛故事館，皆為免費開放參觀。

Completed on March 28, 2015, the DAXI WOOD ART ECOMUSEUM was born based on the preservation of cultural assets combined with the local community.
Today, the wood industry, historic monuments, buildings, and folk customs are all unique features of Daxi. It is the mission of the museum to continue preserving. recording, and promoting the culture of Daxi's wood industry and people's living, making Daxi a museum without walls.

休館時間: 每週一休館 (如遇國定假日照常開放，翌日休館)，農曆除夕、大年初一休館
